Imaca Coating Hoods are specially designed to meet today’s demanding industry requirements and are used in combination with our high-performance Imacoat HE-100 coating solution. The hood is delivered in a ready-to-install configuration, with several optional accessories available. The standard setup includes both cooling and exhaust systems for optimal performance and safety.

Lifting Device
SAFE, PNEUMATIC ONE-SIDE OPENING SYSTEM
The lifting device allows the coating hood to open on one side, creating easy access to remove bottles in case of a jam. It features a safe, air-controlled mechanism with a gravity-assisted closing system and a fail-safe break that automatically engages if air pressure is lost.
