CFU - Central Feeding Unit

Efficient Chemical Distribution for Multi-Hood Systems

Replaces drum handling with centralized IBC management for enhanced safety and efficiency.
The CFU is engineered to distribute Imacoat HE-100 from a central dosing tank to multiple Imaca Coating Hoods across glass production lines. Designed for use with IBC containers, the system replaces traditional drum handling, offering safer and more efficient operations.

DRUM STAND

Stable Base with Integrated Consumption Monitoring

Secure chemical drum support with precise usage tracking for all control panels.
The Drum Stand provides a sturdy and secure platform for chemical drums and pumps, ensuring safety and operational stability. It enables accurate chemical consumption measurement based on the type of control cabinet:

  • HP1 & HP2 - Equipped with a scale for reliable consumption tracking.
  • HP3.5 - Uses a load cell for high-precision measurement.

This configuration ensures consistent monitoring and dependable chemical dosing across all system setups.


Suction Lance

Stable Base with Integrated Consumption Monitoring

Prevents leaks and simplifies drum changes with advanced safety features.
The Imaca Suction Lance is designed to make chemical drum changes safer and more reliable. A built-in shut-off valve creates a vacuum during drum replacement, preventing chemical backflow. Even if the valve is left open, the intregrated check valve stops any leakage automatically. To keep the lance stable inside the drum, an anti-float cap is included. Simply unscrew it to make the lance quickly and cleanly.

Level Monitoring:

  • Low-level warning sensor.

These alerts are shown on the Imaca EPZ pump via a connected signal cable, ensuring timely drum replacement and uninterrupted operation.

The IDU (Inorganic Dosing Unit) is specially designed for use with Imacoat HE-257, a high-performance coating solution compatible with inorganic chemicals. It ensures precise dosing, safety, and seamless integration into modern coating systems.

Available Versions:

  • Plug & Play - A universal solution compatible with all coating hoods, including competitor models.
  • HP3.5 Integration - Custom-tailored for our advanced HP3.5 Eletrical Control Panel, offering complete process monitoring and flexible configuration options.
